  • Uploads fail A Canva upload can stop when the network changes or drops during the transfer, so retry on a stable connection. Guide: ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
  • Downloads break off If a Canva download stops partway, a proxy or unstable connection may be interrupting it, so try again on another network or choose a smaller file format. Guide: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
  • Sign-in keeps looping Signing in to Canva with Google, Apple or Facebook can loop when old cookies remain, so remove the cookies for canva.com and for the sign-in provider. Guide: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

General fixes: Productivity

  1. Copy unsaved work first Before you reload a page with recent edits, copy the text you just changed. A reload can discard edits that have not synced yet.
  2. Wait for the saved indicator Productivity apps show when changes are not saved yet. Wait until the app says saved or synced before you close it.
  3. Turn on hardware acceleration Some design and whiteboard tools draw with your graphics chip. If the canvas stays blank, check that hardware acceleration is on in the browser settings.
  4. Separate personal and work accounts Being signed in with a personal and a work account at the same time can open the wrong workspace. Use a separate browser profile for each account.
